"I switched from Mr. Hockemeyer’s State Farm agency to another insurance provider. Before canceling, I confirmed with Cesar from the agency that ending my policy would not be an issue. Despite that, I was charged for an additional month after the cancellation date. When I contacted the agency to resolve it, I was told by Janice that I would not be receiving any refund, even though I had already been insured by a different company for over a month—a fact they were aware of. I was then told to contact the “main office” for refunds. When I did, they told me refunds had to come from the agency itself. This back-and-forth left me with no resolution or accountability from either side. Just be cautious and make sure everything is clearly documented if you decide to work with this agency"
